This book is incredible! I had heard lots about it on the book grapevine, especially since the movie release (I have not yet seen it, so cannot comment on how well the adaptation has worked) but as always I was keen to read the book first (It’s the way nature intended, right? It should be the LAW) Thanks for the review copy via Netgalley.
Memories define us
So what if you lost yours every time you went to sleep? And the one person you trust may only be telling you half the story.
Welcome to Christine’s life.
I was lucky enough to avoid any spoilers and the book is so well-written that I had no idea that the twist was coming (anyone who says they did is a big fat fibber) I will not reveal any more than that for the sake of protecting other readers’ enjoyment of the novel.
Exciting and addictive, you won’t come up for air until the very last page. Five cwtches!
This is the kind of book that you only put down to search for flights and hotels.
Poppy, Lily, Maggie & Rachel are like my new book friends now. We’ve travelled the world together, via New York, LA, Paris, Meribel and Rome. I feel like I know these girls and I definitely have the holiday bug after reading this (thanks to the review copy from Netgalley)
If you love travel, glamour, weddings (real & fake), romance, guidebooks & handsome joggers then you will LOVE this book as much as I did. You get to travel the world with four brilliant women (and there’s no packing or washing to deal with at the end….bonus)
Grab a cosmopolitan & cwtch up with this brilliant book – far more than just a holiday fling…five cwtches!
For the purposes of complete transparency…I’m a huge Mandy fan. I absolutely adore her books and never fail to fall in love with her incredibly HOT leading men. There. I’ve said it. Fangirling (almost) over with…..When I received a copy via Netgalley I was thrilled and couldn’t wait to meet my next book crush.
Truly, Madly, Greekly did NOT disappoint. Set against the backdrop of one of my absolute favourite holiday destinations – the stunning Island of Corfu, TMG is a sizzling hot summer novel with so much heart you’re in danger of falling hard for this holiday romance. (And unlike Stavros (Corfu 2002 *sniff*) this fling will last forever)
Grab a plate of olives & some ouzo…you’re about to fall in LOVE! Five cwtches x
Hello there! And thanks for reading this – our first ever post, isn’t it exciting?!
I’ve been dreaming of hosting my very own book blog for a while now and it’s so wonderful to see it finally coming to life!
I’m Kate and here I’ll be sharing all about my favourite books I love to cwtch up with. I’ll be sharing reviews, features & giveaways too.
Cwtching up with a book is my favourite thing to do. In the winter you’ll find me with a mug of something warm and enveloped in a blanket, in the summer you’ll find me with a glass of something chilled and basking on a sunlounger. The only constant is that there will be a book in my hand, no matter what the season!
You can follow me on Twitter @cwtchupbooks Please come and say hello – I love to chat! (especially about books)
I’m really excited to get started – I hope you’ll come along for the ride too!
